目的:研究衡山金丝桃Hypericum hengshanense W.T.Wang地上部分乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定结构。结果:从衡山金丝桃地上部分乙酸乙酯部位中分离纯化了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:金丝桃苷(1)、金丝桃素(2)、槲皮素(3)、槲皮苷(4)、芝麻素(5)、白桦酸(6)、芦丁(7)、山柰酚(8)、β-胡萝卜苷(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical components of the ethyl acetate portion of the aerial part of Hypericum hengshanense W.T.Wang. Methods: Silica gel chromatography was used for separation and purification. The structure was identified by spectral data and physical and chemical properties. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the aboveground part of Hypericum perforatum and identified as hyperoside (1), hypericin (2), quercetin (3), quercetin Glycosides (4), sesamin (5), betulinic acid (6), rutin (7), kaempferol (8), β-daucosterol (9) and β-sitosterol (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
