采用AF-640原子荧光光谱仪测定了加工型、鲜食菜用型马铃薯中的汞含量,优选了仪器工作条件,确定了马铃薯中汞的测定方法。汞在0~50 ng/ml呈现出良好的线形关系,以3SD/K计算方法检出限为0.012 ng/ml,应用国家标准参比样对方法进行验证,所测出的汞含量与标准值相符,适用于马铃薯中汞含量的测定。利用该方法测定马铃薯中汞含量,既简便又快捷、准确。
The content of mercury in processed potato and fresh vegetable was determined by AF-640 atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The instrument working conditions were optimized and the determination method of mercury in potato was determined. Mercury showed a good linear relationship at 0 ~ 50 ng / ml, and the detection limit was 0.012 ng / ml calculated by 3SD / K. The method was validated by the national standard reference sample.
