High temperature treatment of malignant tumors has attracted attention in recent years, and it is generally believed that high temperatures can selectively kill certain tumor cells. The purpose of this experiment was to verify the effect of fever on malignancy and further explore its mechanism. Methods The experimental animals used 24 healthy mice, divided into experimental group and control group, each with 12 males and females. In the right armpit was inoculated subcutaneously with Sa180 ascites diluent 0.5 ml (containing 4 million tumor cells). On the third day, the experimental animals were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 ml of triple vaccine for four consecutive times, and the fever continued for about ten days.
