目的:研究建立血府逐瘀颗粒多指标成分同时定量的方法。方法:采用HPLC多波长法对苦杏仁苷、羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷和阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果:结果表明苦杏仁苷进样量在0.115 4~0.923 2μg、羟基红花黄色素A进样量在0.021 9~0.175 4μg、芍药苷进样量在0.395 2~3.161 6μg、阿魏酸进样量在0.042 6~0.340 8μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为101.78%,99.60%,98.90%,100.31%(RSD分别为1.7%,2.9%,2.0%,1.8%)。结论:所建立的定量方法快速简单,方法可靠,可作为血府逐瘀颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous quantification of multi-index components of Xuefu Zhuyu granules. Methods: The contents of amygdalin, hydroxysafflor yellow A, paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were determined by HPLC multiwavelength method. Results: The results showed that the injection volume of amygdalin was between 0.115 4 and 0.923 2 μg, the amount of hydroxysafflor yellow A was between 0.021 9 and 0.175 4 μg, the dosage of paeoniflorin was between 0.395 2 and 3.161 6 μg, The linear range was 0.042 6 ~ 0.340 8μg with peak area. The average recoveries were 101.78%, 99.60%, 98.90% and 100.31%, respectively (RSD 1.7%, 2.9%, 2.0%, 1.8% respectively). Conclusion: The established quantitative method is rapid, simple and reliable, and can be used as a quality control method for Xuefu Zhuyu granules.
