本实验对受1000rad γ线一次全身照射狗的一些血液生化指标变化进行了定期观察。发现在血浆电解质代谢、血浆蛋白质含量与组成、肝肾功能和酶活力等方面与以前对造血型放射病所得结果相似,即:照射后第一天血浆酸碱平衡有一过性改变,CO_2-cp降低;血浆电解质平衡发生急剧变化,K~+含量明显下降,并持续到死亡;肝功能受损,绝大多数动物血中转氨酶(GPT)于照射后5h到第四天明显高于照前值,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)于照射后第三天明显高于照前值,死前可较照前值高2.5倍;肾脏排泄功能障碍,血浆尿素氮从照射后早期即有升高,此后逐渐加剧直至死亡;血浆纤维蛋白原含量增加;蛋白电泳分析表明α_3-和β-球蛋白增高,而γ-球蛋白减少。本文对上述变化发生的原因和意义进行了讨论。
