目的 研究在不同频率探头的情况下,同一种组织的超声纹理参数的变化,探讨B 超探头的工作频率对B超图像纹理参数数值的影响。方法 分别采用35 兆赫及5 兆赫的探头对10 只新西兰家兔的肝脏B超图像进行采集,并进行图像纹理分析。结果 发现对应的各项纹理参数其平均值均有不同程度的变化。结论 作为定量分析的一种方法,B超图像纹理参数的数值是与B超探头的工作频率有关的。在将这些参数用作临床诊断参考时必须了解这些变化规律
Objective To study the change of ultrasonic texture parameters of the same tissue with different frequency probes and to explore the influence of the working frequency of the B-mode ultrasound probe on the B-mode image texture parameters. Methods Liver biopsies from 10 New Zealand rabbits were collected using 3 5 MHz and 5 MHz probes, respectively, and image texture analysis was performed. The results showed that the average of the corresponding texture parameters have varying degrees of change. Conclusions As a quantitative method, the B-mode image texture parameters are related to the operating frequency of the B-mode ultrasound probe. These parameters must be used as a clinical diagnostic reference to understand these changes
