选用10个梯度热带种质群体为母本,以75-1、H9-21、丹598和昌7-2为测验种,按NCⅡ杂交模式,对10个梯度热带种质群体双列杂交组合的穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重及单株产量的配合力进行测定与分析。结果表明,不同梯度热带种质群体不同经济性状的一般配合力相对效应值差异较大,单株产量以R6的一般配合力效应值最高,R16次之,R5第三。说明热带种质群体R6(含有12.5%墨白964热带种质)与测验系的一般配合力高,R16(含有50.0%墨黄9号热带种质)和R5(含有25.0%墨白964热带种质)与测验系的一般配合力较高。
Ten gradient tropical germplasm populations were selected as the female parent, and 75-1, H9-21, Dan 598 and Chang 7-2 were selected as test materials. According to the NCⅡ hybridization pattern, Spike length, ear diameter, bald length, number of ear rows, number of rows per line, grain weight per head and yield per plant were measured and analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the general combining ability of different economic traits among different gradient tropical germplasms. The single combining effect of R6 showed the highest general combining ability (R16) and R5 (third). The results showed that the general combining ability of R6 (containing 12.5% Mohsin 964 tropical germplasm) and the test lines of tropical germplasm R6 was high with R16 (containing 50.0% Yellow 9) and R5 (25.0% Mohs 964) Quality) and the Department of the test with a higher general combining ability.
