在油田开发三次采油进程中,聚合物驱油技术是保持油田高产、稳产的一项重要措施,因此聚合物的配制显得尤为重要。聚丙烯酰胺母液需要通过静态混合器和油田采出水按照1:1混合成聚合物水溶液均匀混合后注入地下,需要保证混合后的聚合物溶液的黏度达到化学驱油的要求。目前油田现场使用的静态混合器有以下缺点:(1)在静态混合器工作过程中聚合物的剪切机械降解过大。(2)在混合过程中被混物料混合不均匀。本文通过实验对聚合物在静态混合器中混配稀释过程的各性能研究,最终选取出一种适合三次采油用的静态混合器组合,为聚合物现场配注技术提供可靠的指导作用。
Polymer oil displacement technology is an important measure to maintain high oil yield and stable oil production in the process of tertiary oil recovery in oilfield development. Therefore, polymer preparation is particularly important. The polyacrylamide mother liquor needs to be mixed into the ground by the static mixer and oil field produced water according to 1: 1 mixed into the polymer aqueous solution, and the viscosity of the mixed polymer solution should be ensured to meet the requirement of chemical flooding. The static mixers currently used on site in the field have the following disadvantages: (1) Shear mechanical degradation of the polymer during the static mixer operation is excessive. (2) mixed materials are mixed in the mixing process is not uniform. In this paper, we study the performance of the polymer mixing and dilution process in the static mixer by experiment, and finally choose a static mixer combination suitable for the tertiary recovery, which can provide a reliable guide for the polymer injection technology.
