通过对不同空调温度设定情况下,一周内仓内四层仓温、表层粮温的变化、能耗数据进行采集分析,结果表明,空调控温条件下,仓温表现出明显的温度分层现象,各层间大小关系为第四层>第一层>第三层>第二层,在空调停止后2 h内,仓温大幅度反弹,但并未超过原始温度;对于表层粮温,空调控温时的温度比关停时普遍低0.5℃左右;在能耗方面,温度设置为23℃和17℃的两个仓房,耗电量大体相同。综合可知,空调控温宜采用连续运行方式。
