采用流动注射-化学发光(FI-CL)联用技术研究了己烯雌酚、硫酸特布他林对纳米金-酸性高锰酸钾体系化学发光的影响,发现该2种激素化合物能增强体系化学发光强度,并且增强化学发光强度能力与高锰酸钾及溶液的介质硫酸浓度、金浓度以及蠕动泵的转速等因素有关.基于2种激素化合物对体系化学发光的增强考察了其分析应用的可能性,若联接分离技术,纳米金-酸性高锰酸钾流动注射化学发光体系具有同时测定激素类化合物的潜力.讨论了化学发光强度增强的机理.
The effects of diethylstilbestrol and terbutaline sulfate on the chemiluminescence of nano-gold-acid potassium permanganate system were studied by flow injection-chemiluminescence (FI-CL) technique.
