根据绿原酸对鲁米诺H2O2Cr3+ 化学发光体系具有强烈的抑制作用,建立了绿原酸的化学发光分析法.该法简便、迅速、灵敏度高.化学发光强度的变化值与绿原酸的浓度在2×10-8g/mL~4×10-6g/mL的范围内呈线性关系,检出限达6.3×10-9g/mL.该方法成功用于中药金银花中绿原酸的测定.
According to the strong inhibitory effect of chlorogenic acid on luminol-H2O2-Cr3+ chemiluminescence system, a chemiluminescence analysis method for chlorogenic acid was established. The method is simple, rapid and high sensitivity. The chemiluminescence intensity and the concentration of chlorogenic acid were linear in the range of 2×10-8g/mL to 4×10-6g/mL. The detection limit was 6.3×10-9g/mL. This method was successfully applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle.
