利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EMS)及盐雾试验等测试方法系统地研究了铝合金稀土铈盐转化膜的结构、组成成分及其致密性对其耐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明,膜层中的稀土铈元素有效地抑制铝合金的点蚀行为,极大地提高其耐蚀性,转化膜的致密性对提高铝合金的耐蚀性能起决定作用。
The effects of the structure, composition and the densification of the rare earth cerium conversion coating on the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy were studied systematically by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EMS) and salt spray test. The results show that rare earth cerium in the film effectively inhibits the pitting corrosion of the aluminum alloy and greatly improves its corrosion resistance. The compactness of the conversion film plays a decisive role in improving the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy.
