通过双螺杆挤出机熔融混合制备聚乳酸/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,研究了纳米复合材料力学性能、流变性能和结晶性能。XRD和TEM测试结果表明:蒙脱土以插层结构分散在复合材料中。对于不同的蒙脱土含量,材料性能测试表明:2%蒙脱土所对应的纳米复合材料的力学性能和流变性能最好。文中选取了蒙脱土质量分数为2%的复合材料以超临界二氧化碳为发泡剂进行微孔发泡,泡孔形态分析表明:蒙脱土在发泡过程中起成核剂的作用,增加了PLA发泡材料的泡孔密度,减小泡孔尺寸。
The polylactic acid / montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by melt mixing with a twin-screw extruder. The mechanical properties, rheological properties and crystallization properties of the nanocomposites were studied. XRD and TEM results show that montmorillonite is intercalated into the composites. For different content of montmorillonite, the testing of material properties shows that the mechanical properties and rheological properties of the nanocomposites corresponding to 2% montmorillonite are the best. In this paper, the composites with mass fraction of montmorillonite of 2% were made to foam with supercritical carbon dioxide as foaming agent. The cell morphology analysis showed that the montmorillonite played the role of nucleating agent in foaming process, Cell density of PLA foams reduces cell size.
