员工个体能力发展在塑造和保持企业核心能力方面扮演着重要角色。在对个体能力的内涵和相关发展属性分析的基础上,总结、归纳了个体能力发展的基本方式和具体方法,然后从“能力获取”的角度出发,将个体能力发展划分为体验、交流、解读、反思等四种策略途径。在建立个体能力发展途径框架的基础上,讨论了不同具体能力发展方法所涉及的策略要素以及相关方法的衍生开发。
The development of employee’s individual ability plays an important role in shaping and maintaining the core competence of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of individual connotation and related attributes, this paper summarizes and summarizes the basic ways and methods of developing individual competencies, and then divides the development of individual competencies into experience and exchange from the perspective of “ability acquisition” , Interpretation, reflection and other four strategic ways. On the basis of establishing the framework of individual capacity development, this paper discusses the strategic elements involved in different specific capacity development methods and the derivation of relevant methods.
