植物名称:梅(Prunus mume),品种大叶青。材料类别:盛花后68天的在适宜条件下不能发芽的未成熟胚。培养条件:带完整种皮的胚置于10％次氯酸钠溶液中杀菌5分钟,无菌水冲洗干净后取胚接种。
