塑制法制备中药蜜丸,常因蜂蜜质次、用量不足、合坨时混和不匀、温度过高等因素而使蜜丸过硬,溶散时限不合格。现将本院重新复制过硬蜜丸使之合格的方法介绍如下: 1.破丸——将不合格硬丸碾碎、压扁。 2.烘干——将破碎药丸于50~65℃烘至干燥。 3.粉碎——将干燥物粉碎成过100目筛细粉。 4.合坨、制丸条——将上述细粉按1:1加入嫩蜜(112℃炼制)混和,同时加入每公斤药粉约0.03kg蒸馏水,制成丸块后用丸条机出条。 5.制丸——将丸条用三滚筒式轧丸机制丸。合坨操作中加水,是由于破丸烘干失去水份后,
The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine honey pill by plastic method often causes the honey pill to be hard due to the inferior quality of honey, insufficient dosage, uneven blending at the time of mixing, and excessive temperature, and the dissolving time limit is unqualified. The method for re-copying the hard honey pill to make it eligible is described as follows: 1. Breaking pill - The unqualified hard pill is crushed and flattened. 2. Drying - The broken pills are dried at 50-65°C until dry. 3. Pulverization - The dried material was crushed into 100 mesh fine powder. 4. Mixing and making pellets - mix the above fine powder 1:1 with tender honey (recommended at 112°C), add about 0.03 kg of distilled water per kilogram of powder, and make a pellet and use a pelletizer . 5.
