本文将数理统计方法应用于定量分析,判定所测定结果是否正确。既可从数理统计角度检验新方法的准确程度,也可对其它定量分析方法的测定进行验证,还可对定量分析结果进行数理统计分析。其主要公式如下:t值分布为自由度φ=n-1的t(中)分布;■此时t分布的自由度为φ=n_1+n_2-2,当n_1=n_2时,后式可简化为:■应用上述公式进行定量分析结果的数理统计分析,确定其是否存在显著差异。以使定量分析结果,从数理统计的途径简单易行地得以解决,避免不必要的操作。
