目的:观察肺泡巨噬细胞培养上清液(AM_(?)S)对粒-单系造血祖细胞(CTU-GM)和造血干细胞的影响。方法:采用脾集落形成和造血祖细胞体外培养技术。结果:AM__(?)S 对 CFU-GM 的增殖具有双向调控作用,即低浓度有促进作用,高浓度有抑制作用,但它对 CFU-S 无明显影响。结论:AM_(?)S 中含有粒-单系集落刺激因子(CSF-GM)和前列腺素样活性物质,这些物质浓度的变化可以调控 CFU-GM 的增殖,大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)可以促进肺泡巨噬细胞分泌这些生物活性物质。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of the supernatant of alveolar macrophage (AM_ (?) S) on CTU-GM and hematopoietic stem cells. Methods: Spleen colony formation and hematopoietic progenitor cell culture techniques were used. Results: AM_ (?) S had a bidirectional effect on the proliferation of CFU-GM, that is, the promotion of low concentration and the inhibition of high concentration of AMU had no effect on CFU-S. CONCLUSION: AM-S contains CSF-GM and prostaglandin-like active substances, and the changes of these substances can regulate the proliferation of CFU-GM. Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) can promote Alveolar macrophages secrete these bioactives.
