西安是我国六大古都之一,曾是周、秦、汉、唐建都的地方。这座历史名城的兴起和发展,与城市供水问题的解决息息相关。近代随着工业的迅猛发展、城市人口的骤增,郊区灌溉面积的扩大,水体污染的严重,使城市需水供水矛盾与日俱增。如果供需矛盾得不列缓和,西安的发展势必受到影响。关于西安城市供水问题,许多学者都作过论证,本文试图从历史和现状两方面进行讨论,以便从中得出一些启示,并对今后的发展方向和改善水环境的措施提出设想。 Xi’an is one of the six ancient capitals in our country. It was once the place where Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties capitalized. The rise and development of this historic city is closely linked with the solution to urban water supply problems. In recent years, with the rapid development of industry, the rapid increase of urban population, the expansion of irrigated area in the suburbs and the serious pollution of water body, the contradiction between urban water supply and water supply is increasing day by day. If the contradiction between supply and demand is not relaxed, the development of Xi’an is bound to be affected. Many scholars have argued about the problem of urban water supply in Xi’an. This article attempts to discuss it from both the historical and the current status in order to draw some enlightenment and give some ideas for the future development direction and measures to improve the water environment.
