取九个玉米自交系:合二、331、406,MO17、洛85、苏37、273、B87和292组成完全双列杂交(不包括反交)用Griffing分析法(方法2,模型Ⅰ)对株高、单株叶数及叶面积、粒重和籽粒密度在其不同生长阶段的净增量作了配合力分析。结果表明,所考查性状在其不同生长阶段的一般配合力与特殊配合力的相对重要性和配合力效应值的大小、方向及显著性都有所不同,性状各生长阶段净增量的配合力效应之代数和等于相应终结性状的配合力效应。因而,要充分认识数量性状的遗传规律,仅考察终结性状或性状在某一时间点上的表现是不够的,须从生长发育的角度动态研究性状的遗传。
Nine inbred lines of maize were used: Complete combinatorial double line (excluding backcrossing) with Griffing analysis (Method 2, Model I) in combination with two combinations of 331, 406, MO17, Lu85, Su37,273, B87 and 292 The combining ability analysis was made on the net increment of plant height, number of leaves per plant, leaf area, grain weight and grain density at different growth stages. The results showed that the relative importance of general combining ability and special combining ability and the size, direction and significance of combining ability effect value of the traits at different growth stages were different. Therefore, to fully understand the genetic law of quantitative traits, it is not enough to examine the performance of the trailing trait or trait at a certain point in time.
