目的:研究β海洋性贫血儿耐受缺氧的时间。方法:36例病儿分为两组,组为脾亢的β海洋性贫血儿,组为正常儿,用血氧饱和度监测仪监测SpO2发生的时间。结果:预吸氧前后SpO2两组无明显差异,降至最低时的SpO2组低于组,组的T1、T2、T3比组明显延长,但T95~90两组相比无差异。结论:β海洋性贫血儿无通气期的安全时限较短,麻醉诱导中预吸氧时间最好能达到3min。
Objective: To study the time of hypoxic tolerance of β-thalassemia children. Methods: Thirty-six children were divided into two groups. The subjects were children with β-thalassemia of hypersplenism. The rats in the group were normal. The time of SpO2 was monitored by oxygen saturation monitor. Results: Before and after pre-oxygenation, there was no significant difference in SpO2 between the two groups. The SpO2 group decreased to the lowest level when compared with the control group. The T1, T2 and T3 groups were significantly longer than the SpO2 group, but there was no difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION: The safety limit of β-thalassemia anemia without ventilation is short, and the pre-oxygenation time in induction of anesthesia can reach 3min.
