研究了脉冲磁场与γ射线联合作用对HL60细胞凋亡的影响。采用137Cs照射源剂量为4Gy,磁场强度为20MT,频率为250Hz照射人早幼粒白血病细胞。结果表明,HL60细胞经电磁场作用后,可以提高γ射线对它的杀伤效果,增加γ射线诱发HL60细胞凋亡明显高于单独γ射线照射。
The effects of pulsed magnetic field and γ-rays on the apoptosis of HL60 cells were studied. 137Cs irradiation dose of 4Gy, magnetic field intensity of 20MT, frequency of 250Hz human promyelocytic leukemia cells. The results showed that HL60 cells could increase the killing effect of γ-rays when it was electromagnetically induced, and the apoptosis of HL60 cells induced by γ-rays was significantly higher than that of γ-rays alone.
