目的观察输卵管插管通液在彩超下治疗输卵管阻塞的临床效果。方法 200例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者在彩超下对阻塞的输卵管行插管通液疏通治疗。结果 200例患者中,双侧全通144例,单侧28例,共计172例,输卵管疏通率达86%。结论彩超下输卵管插管通液直接将导管插入输卵管间质部对阻塞的疏通效果较好,成功率高,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tubal intubation in treating tubal obstruction by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods 200 cases of tubal obstruction infertility patients under the color Doppler echocardiography obstruction of the fallopian tube intubation fluid clear treatment. Results Among the 200 patients, 144 cases were bilateral all-access and 28 cases were unilateral, a total of 172 cases. The rate of tubal dredging was 86%. Conclusion Choledocho-oviduct intubation directly through the catheter into the tubal interstitial obstruction of the dredging effect is better, the success rate is high, it is worth promoting the application.
