绩效的评价和管理是企业面临的一项极具挑战性的工作,同时它也是企业赢得竞争优势的关键所在。有效的管理者需要意识到如何选择合适的最佳绩效评价方法或方法组合。在此,笔者以目标管理这种绩效考评方法为对象谈点自己的看法。
The evaluation and management of performance is a challenging task for the enterprise, and it is also the key for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Effective managers need to be aware of how to choose the right combination of best practices or methodologies. Here, I talk about my view on the goal of managing performance appraisal methods.
