《振动与冲击》手册(简称《手册》)第一卷定稿、第二、三卷初审会议于1985年9月1日至5日在上海召开。《手册》各卷的作者(大部分是第一卷作者)计20余人参加了会议。《手册》的主编、哈尔滨工业大学黄文虎教授主持了会议。会议期间,各卷作者对第一卷每章逐一进行了认真、细致的讨论。从原则性问题到理论论证,从公式到文字等都进行了反复磋商、修改,不仅力求精炼,且求突出《手册》的特点,使《手册》真正成为工程技术工作者的得力助手。会上,《手册》责任编辑、国防工业出版社吴芝萍同志就《手册》的编写格式、常用符号、注意事项等也作了一一说明(具体参看《国防工业出版社编写手册》)。为此专门作了备忘录。会末,对《手册》第二、三卷编写的有关问题也作了讨论,并初步 The first volume of the “Vibration and Shock” manual (the “Manual”) was finalized.
