骨生长改建是一极为复杂而又精确的生命过程。其间,力学环境(应力和应变)的影响,以及两者之间的相互作用机理等,是骨生物力学中一个基本理论课题,也是骨矫形外科急需解决的临床应用项目。目前,骨力学的研究已从宏观进入到微观水平,有关骨生长改建机理也建立了一些学说。本文从生物力学的角度,在器官,组织和细胞三个层次上综合评述该项目研究现状。
Reconstruction of bone growth is a very complex and accurate life process. In the meantime, the influence of mechanical environment (stress and strain) and the interaction mechanism between the two are a basic theoretical issue in the field of biomechanics and also an urgent clinical application project for orthopedic surgery. At present, the study of osteology has gone from macro to micro level, and some theories have also been established on the mechanism of remodeling of bone growth. In this paper, biomechanical point of view, the organ, tissue and cells at three levels comprehensive review of the research status of the project.
