采用Span80-TBP-NaOH体系乳状液膜法提取红土矿浸出液中的镍,对提取分离后的乳液进行破乳实验,经过加热-离心联合破乳法,破乳率可达90%.通过比较提取镍前后,乳液的红外光谱图,证明了膜内反应的发生;通过比较原始油相和破乳后油相的红外光谱图,证明了破乳后油相的重复利用性.
The emulsion liquid membrane method of Span80-TBP-NaOH system was used to extract the nickel in the laterite ore leaching solution, the demulsification experiment was carried out on the emulsion after the extraction and separation, and the demulsification rate was up to 90% after heat-centrifugal combined demulsification method. Infrared spectra of the emulsion before and after the nickel show the occurrence of the reaction in the membrane. By comparing the infrared spectra of the original oil phase and the oil phase after demulsification, the oil phase reusability after demulsification was proved.
