本文从三个方面论述了公共图书馆免费开放的意义,分析了免费开放面临的管理和服务两方面的问题,并针对这些问题,结合实际,从优化管理、强化服务、扩大宣传、建立经费保障机制四个方面提出了解决对策。 This article discusses the significance of public library’s free and openness from three aspects, analyzes the problems of management and service faced by free and open, and in view of these problems, combined with the reality, from optimizing management, strengthening service, expanding publicity and establishing funding guarantee Mechanism proposed four solutions to the problem.
