采用柠檬酸和丙烯酸分别作纳米Fe_2O_3和纳米Al的分散剂,利用电泳沉积方法在水溶液中制备Al/Fe_2O_3纳米铝热剂。与采用有机溶剂相比,该实验电压和电泳时间降至20V及10min。利用SEM、XRD、FT-IR、Zeta电位和TG-DSC对样品进行表征。结果表明:纳米Fe_2O_3和纳米Al表面均修饰有羧基,在水溶液中能较稳定存在;悬浮液中Al∶Fe_2O_3(摩尔质量比)为5∶1时放热量最大,达到5973J/g。
Using citric acid and acrylic acid as the dispersant of nano-Fe2O3 and nano-Al respectively, the Al / Fe2O3 nano-thermal agent was prepared by the electrophoretic deposition in aqueous solution. Compared with the use of organic solvents, the experimental voltage and electrophoresis time down to 20V and 10min. The samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, FT-IR, Zeta potential and TG-DSC. The results showed that the carboxyl groups were modified on the surface of nano-Fe 2 O 3 and nano-Al, which could be more stable in aqueous solution. The maximal exothermic amount of 5::1 Al (Fe 2 O 3) in suspension was 5973 J / g.
