目的:通过调查深圳地区正常孕期妇女膳食结构,进行营养状况分析,以降低孕产期母儿并发症,保障母婴健康。方法:选取2010年~2012年在该院产检并分娩的380例足月单胎孕产妇,进行孕期膳食结构、孕期体重增长值、孕期并发症及新生儿体重的调查分析。结果:不同经济收入的孕妇,在膳食结构上均存在营养教育落后和膳食结构失调的情况。结论:加强孕妇营养教育,并合理调整和指导孕期膳食结构,是医务工作者必须重视的工作。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the nutritional status of women during normal pregnancy in Shenzhen and to reduce maternal and child complications during pregnancy and childbirth, and to ensure the health of mothers and children. Methods: A total of 380 full-term singleton pregnant women who were inspected and delivered during the period from 2010 to 2012 were surveyed for their dietary structure, weight gain during pregnancy, pregnancy complications and neonatal body weight during pregnancy. Results: Pregnant women with different economic incomes had backward nutrition education and malnutrition in their dietary structure. Conclusion: To strengthen nutrition education for pregnant women and to reasonably adjust and direct the dietary structure during pregnancy are the tasks that medical workers must pay attention to.
