判定房室传导阻滞(AVB)发生的部位对预后的估价及治疗的选择均有重要意义。此定位诊断主要靠希氏束电图(HBE),而这项检查目前仍属创伤性心内检查且需特殊设备,其应用大受限制。为此本文拟对阿托品试验及体表心电图(ECG)“间隔”q波变化等非HBE指标在AVB定位诊断中的意义加以探讨。方法30例Ⅱ°—Ⅲ°AVB的成年住院患者:1.常规经右大隐静脉切开将双电极导管送入右心,联接多导生理记录仪同步描记HBE及Ⅱ导联ECG,频率效应范围30—1000Hz。纸
Determine the location of atrioventricular block (AVB) of the prognosis of the valuation and treatment options are of great significance. This positioning diagnosis mainly depends on the His bundle electrogram (HBE), and this examination is still a traumatic cardiopulmonary examination and require special equipment, its application is greatly limited.
