教育评价是目前世界教育科研的三大领域(基础理论、教育发展、教育评价)之一.自六十年代以来,教育评价已引起世界各国的广泛重视,成为促进教育改革,改善学校管理,提高教育质量的一个重要手段.近年来,我国各地对教育评价的研究与试点工作也着手进行,并越来越受到各级领导和广大教育工作者的重视. 但是,在教育评价的研究与实践中,有一些问题应引起我们的注意,现提出四个问题与广大同行商榷. 一、要注意克服主观随意性教育评价是一门科学,搞好教育评价需要学习教育测量学、教育统计学、教育经济学等,而我们不少同志都习惯于采取过去的评优秀教师、评先进校以及搞评比验收活动

Economics, etc., and many of our comrades are accustomed to adopting past evaluations of outstanding teachers, evaluating advanced schools, and evaluating acceptance activities.
