目的:探讨β1-整合素和Shh在不同分级、分期大肠癌的表达情况及其相互关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测β1-整合素和Shh在大肠癌组织芯片中的表达情况,并进行二者的相关性分析。结果:大肠癌组织中β1-整合素和Shh蛋白的表达阳性率分别为59.42%、71.01%。β1-整合素的阳性表达与大肠癌的浸润深度、Ducks分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、分化程度的相关性均无统计学意义。Shh的阳性表达仅与大肠癌的分化程度有关。β1-整合素和Shh在大肠癌表达存在相关性(r=0.326,P<0.05)。结论:β1-整合素的阳性表达与大肠癌的浸润深度、Ducks分期、淋巴结转移有关,大肠癌中β1-整合素和Shh的表达存在等级相关,联合检测二者在大肠癌的表达,可作为大肠癌恶性程度评价的一个较有价值的指标,并将有助于深入认识肿瘤的生物学基础和寻找有效的治疗药物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of β1-integrin and Shh in different staging and staging of colorectal cancer and their correlation. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of β1-integrin and Shh in colorectal cancer tissue microarray, and the correlation was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of β1-integrin and Shh protein in colorectal cancer tissues were 59.42% and 71.01%, respectively. The positive expression of β1-integrin was correlated with the depth of invasion, Ducks stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with gender, age and differentiation. Shh positive expression only with the degree of differentiation of colorectal cancer. There was a correlation between β1-integrin and Shh expression in colorectal cancer (r = 0.326, P <0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression of β1-integrin is closely related to the depth of invasion, Ducks stage and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer. The expression of β1-integrin and Shh in colorectal cancer is correlated with the expression of β1-integrin in colorectal carcinoma. Colorectal cancer malignancy evaluation of a more valuable indicator, and will help in-depth understanding of the biological basis of cancer and find effective therapeutic drugs.
