学习性组织的概念由当代管理大师彼得·圣吉在其的《第五项修炼——学习型组织的艺术和实务》中系统提出的,在这本被誉“21世纪管理圣经”的书中指出学习型组织,必须经过五项修炼:个人熟练、心智模式、共同愿景、团队学习以及系统思考。学习型组织是彼得大师经过10年对近千家企业研究之后而提出的未来组织形态,该理论提出后,学习型组织的热潮便在各个国家相继展开。我国的企业也不例外,青岛海尔运用学习型组织的理念成功地进行了企业流程再造,上海宝钢也开展了自主管理,国内还有很多企业在不同程度上实践着学习型组织。
The concept of learning organization was systematically proposed by contemporary management guru Peter Sangi in his book, The Fifth Practice - The Art and Practice of Learning Organization, in this book entitled “The Bible Management of the 21st Century” The book states that learning organizations must go through five practices: personal proficiency, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systematic thinking. Learning organization is the future organizational form proposed by Peter Master after 10 years of research on nearly a thousand enterprises. After the theory was put forward, the upsurge of learning organization has been carried out in various countries one after another. China’s enterprises are no exception, Qingdao Haier successful use of the concept of learning organization business process reengineering, Shanghai Baosteel also carried out self-management, there are many domestic enterprises to varying degrees, practicing a learning organization.
