施维一同志1958年毕业于浙江大学化工系,曾任我院冶炼工艺组长、冶炼室主任、项目总设计师、中国重金属冶炼学术委员会委员、从1991年起任院副总工程师至今。1993年被国务院授予有突出贡献专家称号,享受国务院特殊津贴,1994年晋升教授级高工。40多年来主要在铜冶金领域第一线从事设计和科研工作。为中国铜冶金技术步入世界先进水平,为中国铜冶炼厂大型化、自动化,为消化吸收移植国外技术使中国铜冶炼技术和设备成套出口作出了贡献,是我国著名的铜冶炼技术专家。南昌院承担了多项全国性铜冶金方面的业务建设,他是《铜冶炼厂工艺设计规范》和《重有色冶金设计手册·铜篇》(担任副主编)的主持人之一,还参加了《冶金百科全书》有
Mr. Shi Weiyi graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Zhejiang University in 1958. He used to be the leader of smelting process, the director of smelting room, the chief designer of the project, and the member of China Academic Committee of Heavy Metals Smelting. Since 1991, he has been deputy chief engineer of the hospital. In 1993, he was awarded the title of expert with outstanding contribution by the State Council and enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council.
