1　病例报告　患者,女,32岁。因停经45天,下腹突发剧痛4ｈ,于1998年6月25日上午急诊入院。闭经40天时尿妊娠试验(+),当日行药物流产,口服米非司酮,后服米索前列醇,第2天阴道有少量出血。入院前4ｈ突发右下腹痛,呈持续性加重,迅速波及全下腹。查体:Ｔ37.2℃,Ｐ90次/ｍｉｎ,Ｒ25 1 case report patient, female, 32 years old. 45 days due to menopause, sudden abdominal pain 4h, on June 25, 1998 morning emergency admission.
