为了应用液体闪烁法进行细菌放射测量研究,本文提出一种“顶端闪烁管—代谢瓶”装置和“CO_2捕集—闪烁系统”,可使测量效率达60%,培基容量为8~10ml。初步对5种常见细菌进行模拟试验,一般接种量为10~4~10~5/ml时,培养2~4小时可得阳性结果。并对影响放射测量法的某些因素(如试验装置、细菌种类、接种浓度等)进行了观察与分析。推荐用液体闪烁法测量的生长指数大于3做为评定细菌生长阳性的指标。
In order to apply the method of liquid scintillation for bacterial emission measurement, a “tip scintillation-vial” device and “CO_2 capture-scintillation system” are proposed in this paper, which can achieve a measurement efficiency of 60% and a culture volume of 8-10 ml. Five kinds of common bacteria were preliminarily simulated. The average inoculation amount was 10 ~ 4 ~ 10 ~ 5 / ml, and the positive results were obtained when cultured for 2 ~ 4 hours. Some factors affecting the radiometric method (such as test equipment, bacterial species, inoculum concentration, etc.) were observed and analyzed. It is recommended that the growth index measured by the liquid scintillation method be greater than 3 as an indicator of positive bacterial growth.
