以提高产品的可靠性为目的,分析了工艺系统、工艺过程产品输出参数、产品使用性能、产品可靠性四者的关系.在此基础上,提出了基于产品可靠性的工艺系统基本影响关系可靠性模型,介绍了其建模方法.模型考虑了各工序之间的影响,反映了工艺系统与产品可靠性的关系.最终研究了工艺系统可靠度和工序可靠度的定量计算方法,为找出工艺系统的薄弱环节,进行工艺优化进而提高产品的可靠性提供了理论依据.
