PWM控制信号中的死区时间对变频器造成很多负面影响。提出了一种基于负载电流极性检测的新型控制策略,在无需死区补偿的情况下实现零死区时间控制,并能够大大降低功率器件的开关损耗,进而提高变频器的转换效率。大量的仿真试验结果表明该算法可行。
The dead time in the PWM control signal has a number of negative effects on the drive. A new control strategy based on load current polarity detection is proposed, which realizes zero-dead-time control without dead-zone compensation and can greatly reduce the switching loss of power devices and improve the conversion efficiency of the inverter. A large number of simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible.
