经分析与实验 ,认为扫描速度与激光功率是影响原型成形质量的两个关键因素 .从能量守恒原理出发 ,结合 L OM原型制造工艺的具体要求 ,建立扫描速度与激光功率之间的正比模型 .采用跟踪耦合式控制系统可以实现两者的良好匹配 ,并能保证 LOM原型的成形质量 .同时讨论跟踪耦合控制系统的适用性 ,它不仅适用于 L OM原型制造工艺 ,还适用于 FDM,SLS,SL A等多种快速原型制造工艺
After analyzing and experimenting, it is considered that scanning speed and laser power are the two key factors that affect the quality of prototyping.According to the principle of conservation of energy, a direct ratio model between scanning speed and laser power is established according to the specific requirements of LOM prototype manufacturing process. The track-coupled control system can achieve a good match between the two and can guarantee the forming quality of the LOM prototype. Meanwhile, the applicability of the tracking coupled control system is discussed. It is not only suitable for the LOM prototype manufacturing process but also applicable to FDM, SLS, SL A variety of rapid prototyping process
