目的:观察腺梗豨莶IIA对深静脉血栓形成大鼠vWF及ICAM-1水平的影响。方法:SD大鼠60只随机平均分入正常对照组、模型对照组、阿司匹林组、肝素组、腺梗豨莶IIA高、低剂量组,采用环形缩窄下肢股静脉管腔1/2限流,直流电持续电击损伤法造下肢深静脉血栓模型,造模6h后采血。酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清中vWF及ICAM-1的含量。结果:深静脉血栓形成模型大鼠血清中vWF、ICAM-1水平明显升高,腺梗莶IIA可以降低vWF、ICAM-1水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:腺梗豨莶IIA能改善炎性反应,减轻静脉血栓大鼠血管内皮细胞的损伤,有明显的血管内皮保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Adenocarcinoma IIA on vWF and ICAM-1 in rats with deep venous thrombosis. Methods: Sixty Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, aspirin group, heparin group, high and low dose group ⅡA, low dose group, , DC continuous electric shock injury made deep venous thrombosis model, 6h after modeling blood. Serum levels of vWF and ICAM-1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The levels of vWF and ICAM-1 in serum of rats with deep venous thrombosis model were significantly higher than those of the model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Adenocarcinoma 豨 莶 IIA can improve the inflammatory response, reduce the damage of vascular endothelial cells in venous thrombosis rats, and have obvious vascular endothelial protective effect.
