新型抗凝溶栓剂蝮蛇抗栓酶(以下简称蛇毒),国内应用于临床治疗脑血检以来,迄今未见致脑出血的报告,今将我院1例报告如下: [病例]王某,男,63岁,农民。于1990年4月8日早6点起床时,右上下肢无力、麻木,语言不清,约1个小时症状稍缓解。上午10时左右,右半身完全瘫痪。病后无头痛、呕吐、意识障碍。当日入院,查体:T36.4℃,P84次/分,BP18/10.7 kPa。发育正常,营养中等,神志清楚。双瞳孔约5mm,对光反射敏捷。颈软,心肺正常,腹平软,肝脾不大。右鼻唇沟变浅,口角向左歪,伸舌右偏,右腹壁及提睾反射消失;右上、下肢瘫痪,肌张力增强,腱反射稍亢进,肌力为0级,无病理反射。头颅CT片5～6层面左基

The upper right and lower limbs are paralyzed, the muscle tone is enhanced, the tendon reflex is slightly hypertrophic, and the muscle strength is level 0 without pathological reflex.
