目的探讨大学生的述情障碍与心理健康的关系。方法采用多伦多述情量表和症状自评量表,对458名大学生进行调查问卷。结果大学生述情量表总分及各因子得分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而且大学生的述情量表总分及各因子分与症状自评量表总分及各因子分显著相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论大学生普遍存在述情障碍,并且述情障碍与心理健康密切相关,应充分关注并有针对性地进行心理辅导及咨询,提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ empathy disorder and mental health. Methods A questionnaire was conducted on 458 college students by using Toronto Self-rating Scale and Self-rating Symptom Scale. Results The scores of college students’ emotional quotas and scores of all factors were higher than those of the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Moreover, the total scores of college students’ scores and the scores of each factor were significantly related to the total score and each factor (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion There is a prevalence of alexithymia among college students, and alexithymia is closely related to mental health. Psychological counseling and counseling should be paid full attention and psychological health should be improved.
