甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗前血浆内皮素和心房钠尿肽浓度显著高于正常人，治疗后明显下降，与正常对照组无显著性差异．甲状腺功能减退症患者治疗前血浆内皮素和心房钠尿肽浓度显著低于正常对照组，治疗后血浆内皮素和心房钠尿肽浓度明显上升，与正常人对照组无显著性差异，甲状腺素与血浆内皮素、心房钠尿肽浓度呈正相关．甲状腺功能亢进症患者脉压大于８．１ｋＰａ者比小于８．１ｋＰａ者血浆内皮素浓度明显减少，血浆心房钠尿肽浓度明显升高
Hyperthyroidism patients before treatment plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide concentrations were significantly higher than normal, significantly decreased after treatment, no significant difference with the normal control group. The levels of plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in patients with hypothyroidism before treatment were significantly lower than those in the normal control group. After treatment, the levels of plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide increased significantly, with no significant difference from the normal control group. Thyroxine and Plasma endothelin, atrial natriuretic peptide concentration was positively correlated. Hyperthyroidism patients with pulse pressure greater than 8.1kPa were less than 8.1kPa plasma endothelin concentrations were significantly reduced plasma atrial natriuretic peptide was significantly higher
