为了方便检测儿童 ,尤其是婴幼儿感染肺炎支原体 (MP) ,本文采用毛细采血替代了静脉抽血 ,进行明胶颗粒凝集法测定 MP- Ig M抗体水平。两种采血方法通过 10 0例相关性对照统计 ,呈良好的相关性 (γ=0 .9847)。经一年临床应用 ,在 312例拟诊呼吸道感染性疾病的儿科患者中 ,12 2例为抗体阳性。结果显示经改良后的本试验方法用血少 ,采血速度快 ,且可解决儿童尤其是婴幼儿患者的抽血困难 ,大大地方便了临床的病原学诊断及流行病调查
In order to facilitate the detection of children, especially infants and young children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), capillary blood in this study instead of venous blood sampling, determination of MP-Ig M antibody levels by gelatin particle agglutination. There was a good correlation between the two methods of blood sampling through correlation of 10 0 controls (γ = 0.9847). After a year of clinical application, of 312 pediatric patients with suspected respiratory tract infections, 122 were positive for antibodies. The results show that the improved method of this test with less blood, blood collection speed, and can solve the blood problems in children, especially infants and young children, greatly facilitate the clinical diagnosis and epidemiological investigation
