目的总结选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾错构瘤的疗效。方法对16例患者共17个错构瘤进行选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗。术后随访3-28个月,分析其疗效及并发症。结果患者栓塞术后症状消失或有所减轻;肿瘤较术前缩小11.7%-47.7%。随访期未见肿瘤增大和症状复发。结论选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾错构瘤,疗效确切、安全。
Objective To summarize the curative effect of selective renal artery embolization on renal hamartoma. Methods A total of 17 hamartomas in 16 patients underwent selective renal artery embolization. The patients were followed up for 3-28 months and analyzed their curative effect and complications. Results The symptoms disappeared or eased in patients after embolization; the tumor was reduced by 11.7% -47.7% compared with that before operation. No tumor growth and recurrence of symptoms were observed during follow-up. Conclusion The selective renal artery embolization for the treatment of renal hamartoma is effective and safe.
