头癣俗称“癞痢头”或“秃疮”,是头皮和头发浅部霉菌感染而引起的一种传染性皮肤病。它可以通过接触病人或患病的狗、猫等动物而直接感染。也可以因接触病人的用物如帽子、枕头、理发工具等而间接传染。由于传染性强,常易在幼儿园、小学校等儿童集居的场所引起扩散蔓延。其中,黄癣对患儿的生长发育有一定影响,对少年儿童的健康和学习危害颇大。
