以制造业和外贸出口为主要类型的民营经济遇到了改革开放以来的又一个关口,科技创新成为中小企业的重要选择。中小企业在发展过程中还存在企业家自身素养不高、专业人才队伍不足、政府以管带扶等问题,面临着转型升级的考验。高职院校应利用自身优势,与政府、企业、社会以及行业结合,重点建设服务中小企业发展的科技应用平台,并逐步形成以高职院校为核心的科技中介服务体系来满足企业的不同需求。 The private economy, which is dominated by manufacturing and foreign trade exports, has encountered yet another barrier since the reform and opening up. Technological innovation has become an important choice for small and medium-sized enterprises. In the process of development, SMEs also face the challenges of transformation and upgrading due to the fact that entrepreneurs themselves are not well-educated, their professional workforce is inadequate, and the government takes charge of management and support. Higher vocational colleges should make use of their own advantages and combine with government, enterprises, society and industries to lay stress on building a platform for science and technology to serve the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and gradually form a science and technology intermediary service system with higher vocational colleges as the core to meet different needs of enterprises demand.
