目的观察健康人在30 d头低位卧床实验结束后,视觉诱发电位恢复的情况。方法选取8名健康志愿者,-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态下30 d,记录实验开始前,结束后当日及第2天、第3天双眼在不同空间频率下的视觉诱发电位,标记P100波。结果在不同空间频率下,视觉诱发电的P100波的潜伏期及波幅在实验开始前与结束前后均无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论 30 d头低位卧床模拟实验结束后,视觉诱发电位可以迅速恢复。
Objective To observe the recovery of visual evoked potentials in healthy subjects after 30 days of low bed rest test. Methods Eight healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The visual evoked potentials of the eyes at different spatial frequencies were recorded before and after the start of the experiment and on the second and third days after the first trial. wave. Results At different spatial frequencies, the latency and amplitude of visual evoked P100 wave did not change significantly before and after the experiment (P> 0.05). Conclusions Visual evoked potentials can recover rapidly after the 30-day low bed rest simulation.
