目的探讨cyclinD1、cyclinE和p27蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化法检测60例胃癌组织中 cyclin D1、cyclin E和 p27蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织中 cyclin D1、cyclin E和 p27蛋白表达阳性率分别为41.7%(25/60)、38.3%(23/60)和 36.7%(22/60);cyclin D1在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤 Lauren分型相关,cyclin E在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及肿瘤分期相关,而p27蛋白的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期相关。另外,cyclin E和 p27蛋白在胃癌中的表达呈现显著负相关。结论检测胃癌组织中cyclin D1、cyclin E和 p27蛋白的表达有助于判断肿瘤的进展程度。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclinD1, cyclinE and p27 proteins in gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of cyclin D1, cyclin E and p27 in 60 gastric cancer tissues. Results The positive rates of cyclin D1, cyclin E, and p27 protein expression in gastric cancer were 41.7% (25/60), 38.3% (23/60), and 36.7% (22/60) respectively; cyclin D1 was The expression of gastric cancer was related to the tumor’s Lauren classification. The expression of cyclin E in gastric cancer was related to tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, and tumor stage. The expression of p27 protein was related to tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, and tumor stage. In addition, there was a significant negative correlation between the expression of cyclin E and p27 protein in gastric cancer. Conclusion Detecting the expression of cyclin D1, cyclin E and p27 protein in gastric cancer can help determine the degree of tumor progression.
